Who we work with, and what for.
We would rather name our partners than describe them vaguely. These are the organizations whose products and services we work alongside, and the specific area each relationship covers.
In detail.
Partnership means we work with these organizations and know their products well. It does not mean any single vendor sits behind everything we do — we select per engagement.
Wasabi provides S3-compatible cloud object storage on a flat per-terabyte model, without separate charges for egress or API requests. For clients whose costs have been unpredictable on hyperscale storage — particularly where large files move in and out frequently — that pricing structure often changes the arithmetic considerably.
We work with Wasabi where clients need durable bulk storage with a bill they can forecast, most commonly for archives, backups, and media libraries.
Gladinet builds software that modernizes existing file servers for remote work. Its two products cover different shapes of the same problem: Triofox gives staff mapped-drive access to a Windows file server from outside the office without a VPN, leaving the server and its permissions where they are; CentreStack is the multi-tenant, white-label platform for delivering branded file services to several client organizations from one deployment.
We work with Gladinet where an organization has a file server that works perfectly well and does not want to replace it, but needs people to reach it from home or from another country.
Alpide is a cloud ERP platform covering the operational core of a product business — orders, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, manufacturing with BOM and MRP, accounting, and financial management — with CRM, HRMS, third-party logistics, and multi-channel commerce in the same system rather than bolted alongside it.
We work with Alpide where a client has outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools but does not want the cost or the timeline of a tier-one ERP program. It suits manufacturers, distributors, and logistics operators particularly well.
Cobit Solutions builds business intelligence and data platforms: Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting, data warehouses and ETL pipelines, data lake engineering, and forecasting and machine learning models.
We work with Cobit Solutions where an engagement needs analytics depth — getting operational data out of line-of-business systems and in front of the people who have to make decisions with it.
HazenTech (Hazen Technologies Inc.) delivers legal process outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and digital marketing services, with particular depth in legal document workflow for firms working in personal injury and property damage practice.
We work with HazenTech where an engagement needs delivery capacity beyond technology alone — legal document handling, back-office processing, or marketing execution alongside the systems work.
Why we do not have a single preferred stack.
We keep relationships across several vendors so the selection conversation can be an honest one — including the outcome where the right answer is something none of our partners sell.
- Fit before familiarity
- Selection starts from your constraints, not from which product we have deployed most often.
- Disclosed relationships
- Where we hold a commercial relationship with a vendor we are recommending, we say so during selection rather than after.
- Your contracts
- Wherever practical, licenses and subscriptions are held in your name so the relationship survives us.
- Exit considered up front
- Part of evaluating any product is establishing how you would get your data back out of it.
