The people who run it.
AIZ Professional Services exists to take on the whole technology problem, not a slice of it. Cloud, custom software, AI and automation, managed IT, cybersecurity, data and business intelligence, and secure file infrastructure, delivered and supported by the same firm that scoped them. Here is how we work.
Azam Ali
Azam Ali is an accomplished technology executive, entrepreneur, and business strategist with more than 28 years of experience leading global sales, strategic partnerships, customer success, and business transformation across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. As Founder and CEO of AIZ Professional Services, he helps innovative technology vendors enter and expand throughout the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, serving as a trusted business development, sales, and strategic advisory partner.
Before founding AIZ, Azam held executive leadership roles overseeing worldwide sales, customer success, strategic alliances, and channel development for enterprise software organizations, where he developed global partner programs and negotiated strategic alliances. His expertise spans enterprise cloud infrastructure, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, secure remote access, file services modernization, SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and managed services.
Ahsan Ali
Ahsan Ali leads technology strategy and delivery at AIZ Professional Services, with responsibility for the firm's four practice areas: AI development and automation, cloud enablement, mobile and web development, and custom software and managed IT. He sets the technical standards those engagements are built to, reviews the architecture before work begins, and stays accountable for what gets delivered.
He is also the architect of AIZ Vault, the firm's secure multi-tenant file platform, and owns it end to end: hosting architecture, per-client storage isolation, automated tenant provisioning, and the operational discipline that keeps client data available, correctly permissioned, and auditable. His broader technical work spans cloud assessment and migration across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, identity and access governance, database and systems administration, AI-assisted document and workflow automation, and the managed service desk that supports clients after delivery. He runs client migrations personally, from the initial audit through cutover and handover, and holds the vendor and partner relationships that sit underneath the platform, covering storage, licensing, and security. Technical questions from clients reach him directly rather than routing through a sales layer.
Badar Mir
Badar Mir is a global finance executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience driving financial strategy, operational excellence, and corporate transformation across the aviation, transportation, manufacturing, and technology sectors. For 20 years, Badar served in senior executive finance roles with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), including Regional CFO for the Americas and later Africa & the Middle East, partnering with airline CEOs, airport authorities, regulators, and boards of directors to support strategic planning and sustainable growth.
Currently, Badar is leading multiple projects with services offered in corporate finance, strategic planning, capital investment while managing BZNS Advisory Services firm and delivering IT products and services under AIZ Pro.
Built to take on the whole problem.
Organizations rarely present with one tidy problem. What begins as a technology question usually turns out to involve process, people, compliance, and cost at the same time. We are structured to take on all of it, and to stay accountable for the result.
Our teams span technology, operations, and business strategy, so an engagement moves from diagnosis to delivery without passing you between firms. The people who scope your work are the people who deliver it.
That reach extends through a network of specialist partners, named openly on our vendors page, giving us depth in storage, security, licensing, legal process, and marketing whenever an engagement calls for it.
Three commitments.
These are the things we hold to on every engagement, regardless of its size.
- Assessment before proposal
- We look at what is actually running before quoting on it. The written findings are yours whether or not you engage us further.
- Named people
- You know which engineers hold your account and can contact them directly. Nobody disappears into a ticket queue after the sale.
- Your assets in your name
- Cloud accounts, repositories, domains, and licenses are registered to you. Leaving us should be a decision, not a project.
What sits behind the numbers.
Figures on consulting websites are usually unfalsifiable. Here is what ours actually count.
AIZ Pro and its delivery partners have been building and supporting enterprise systems since the early 2010s.
Across file infrastructure, custom software, cloud migration, and managed support, counted across the delivery network.
Available to us through partner organizations rather than carried as AIZ Pro headcount — which is why we can staff a legal-document project and a cloud migration in the same month.
Legal, healthcare, finance, construction, logistics, and technology, each staffed with people who have worked in the sector.
Talk to one of us directly.
Inquiries reach the leadership team, not a sales queue. If your question is technical, you will be speaking with an engineer within a day.
