Four service lines. Pick the one that matches your problem.
Most firms describe their services in language that makes them impossible to tell apart. Here is the actual difference between ours — what each one covers, roughly how long it takes, and who it is for.
Side by side.
Timelines assume a mid-sized organization and are indicative, not contractual. We will give you a real range after the assessment.
| Service | What you actually get | Typical first phase | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Development & Automation | Document extraction, workflow automation, and models fitted to your own data and vocabulary. | 6–12 weeks | People are re-keying data between systems, or reading documents a machine could read. |
| Cloud Enablement | Estate assessment, migration planning and execution, and ongoing cloud operations. | 8–16 weeks | On-premises hardware is aging, or your DR plan is a spreadsheet nobody has tested. |
| Mobile & Web Development | iOS, Android, and web applications, with performance and accessibility budgets agreed before build. | 10–20 weeks | You need something customer-facing, and off-the-shelf will not carry your workflow. |
| Custom Software & Managed IT | Line-of-business systems built to your process, plus a service desk with published response targets. | Software 12–24 weeks · Support from day one | Your process does not fit any product on the market, and someone has to keep it running afterwards. |
Not sure? Most engagements start in one column and end up crossing two. That is normal — the assessment exists precisely so you are not guessing at this stage.
What does not change between service lines.
Whichever one you engage, these are the parts we hold ourselves to. They are the same whether the project is six weeks or six months.
- Named team
- You know which engineers are on your account, and you can reach them. Nobody is handed off to an anonymous queue after kickoff.
- Written assessment first
- Findings are documented before scoping, including the things we could not determine. You keep the document either way.
- Two-week increments
- Work is reviewable every two weeks. Direction can change between increments without renegotiating the whole engagement.
- Your credentials stay yours
- Cloud accounts, repositories, and domains are registered to you, not to us. Exit does not require a migration.

Still not sure which one you need?
That is what the assessment is for. Describe the problem in plain language and we will map it to the right service line and the right team.
